Colliers Arranges $10M Sale of Two Huntsville Retail Centers
Colliers has arranged the sales of two Class A unanchored, retail centers totaling $10 million in Huntsville, AL. Colliers’ sales team was comprised of Executive Managing Director Joe Montgomery and Vice Presidents Henry Kushner and Scott Israel.
The first property, Magna Carta, is a 22,378-square-foot retail center at 11310 Memorial Parkway SW. Colliers facilitated the $4.85 million sale between their client, Magna Carta Place, LLC, and Washington-based buyer Pacific West Land in May. Originally built in 2009, Magna Carta gained two new buildings in 2018 and has 12 tenants.
The second property, Madison Corners, spans 14,400 square feet and is located at 1079 Balch Road, Madison, AL. In July, Colliers sold the property, which has seven mostly service-oriented tenants, on behalf of a private seller for a record price of $4.9 million. Russel Reality represented the buyer, a private family office based out of Montgomery.
