Colliers Appoints Industry Veteran as Puget Sound Market Leader

Colliers has announced that 30-year commercial real estate veteran Scott Blankenship has been appointed Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Puget Sound region. In his new role, Blankenship will oversee all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention and business development as Colliers expands in the market.

“We look forward to Scott’s contributions as we recruit top talent and deliver exceptional service in support of our clients and professionals,” said Colliers’ Kevin Morgan. “Scott’s demonstrated leadership and extensive understanding of the Puget Sound brokerage business, positions Colliers for growth.”

Blankenship’s brokerage and management experience includes senior positions at Kidder Mathews and CBRE. He has successfully advised clients while recruiting, training and mentoring brokerage talent across the region.
