Colliers has arranged the acquisition of Tukwila Self Storage, a 53,200-square-foot, 621-unit facility at 5950 Southcenter Blvd. in Tukwila, Washington.

The assignment was led by Jacob Becher, Nate Fliflet, Dan Haddock and Harrison Cohen, who represented InSite Property Group, an active investor throughout the Seattle metropolitan area. Located within the Southcenter Retail District, the facility offers direct access to Interstate 5 and Interstate 405 and benefits from strong visibility along one of the region’s highest-volume traffic corridors. The climate-controlled, multi-story property occupies a supply-constrained infill location supported by stable occupancy and durable long-term demand.
