Colliers Adds VP to Downtown Agency Leasing Team

Marina Zelenkova has joined Colliers International Chicago as a VP with the firm’s Downtown Chicago agency leasing team. She will work alongside Michael Lirtzman to lead new business pursuits in the CBD.

Zelenkova was most recently a senior associate with CBRE’s leasing & asset services group, where she specialized in marketing and leasing Chicago CBD office assets for institutional and entrepreneurial owners.

Since 2016, she has completed more than 80 lease transactions totaling one million square feet and valued at more than $600 million, with an average deal size just under 13,000 square feet. She began her real estate career with MBRE.

Zelenkova has partnered with many notable investors over the years, working on assets such as the Chicago Board of Trade, 150 N. Riverside and 700 W. Chicago. She was named CBRE “Rookie of the Year” in 2017.
