Colliers Adds Veteran Multifamily Broker to Portland Office

Looking to bolster its Portland multifamily presence, Colliers has hired veteran broker Liz Davis to join the team. “I’m thrilled to join Colliers. I look forward to tackling new goals and helping clients set new records,” said Davis in a news release.

Davis has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and has closed more than $1 billion in transactional volume. She was the broker of record for the $127 million sale of Yard Apartments in 2016, one of Portland’s largest deals ever in the urban core. Davis has worked with several high profile brokerages including Marcus & Millichap.
