Colliers Adds Veteran Leadership to Bay Area Capital Markets Team

Colliers expanded its team in Northern California with the addition of Matt Kroger as EVP, Multifamily Capital Markets. He brings more than 15 years of experience specializing in the sale of institutional multifamily properties and development sites, and will be based in the San Francisco office.

Kroger began his career in commercial real estate at The CAC Group, which was acquired by CBRE in 2013. He served an EVP in San Francisco with CBRE’s Bay Area Multifamily Institutional Properties Group.

He will join Colliers’ San Francisco market leaders Brad Lagomarsino, James Devincenti, as well as partnering with Tony Crossley, Tim Maas, and Darren Kuiper on the sale of development sites.

Kroger says, “I am excited to join a thriving Multifamily Capital Markets team at Colliers, working alongside Brandon Geraldo, Ryan Wagner, Kalah Espinoza, Matthew Flaherty and Adam Carosso, as well as new Colliers regional leaders John Moe and Kevin Morgan.”
