Colliers Adds Two Veterans of Agency Leasing, Tenant Representation
Colliers has added Rick Doolittle and JP Howard to its agency leasing and tenant representation practice in Manhattan. They join Colliers from MHP Real Estate Services.
Doolittle joins Colliers as an executive managing director. He previously held the position of partner at MHP and has transacted more than five million square feet and led leasing at 25 Manhattan office properties including 111 & 115 Broadway, 17 Battery Place and 30 Broad St.

Together, Doolittle and Howard have represented several renowned clients, including GE Capital, Weitz and Luxenberg, Marriott Ownership Resorts, Wade Clark Mulcahy, Jay Suites and One Step Up.
