Colliers Adds to Philadelphia Team, Appoints Allie Gaeta SVP
Colliers announced that Allie Gaeta has joined the firm as senior vice president within its Philadelphia office.
Gaeta joins the Williams-Golarz Industrial Team, bringing more than a decade of experience specializing in agency leasing across Central Pennsylvania.
Over the course of her career, Gaeta has represented a wide range of institutional owners and occupiers, including Prologis, Link Logistics, Cabot Properties, Dermody, First Industrial, High Street Logistics Properties, KKR/AIP, Lightstone Group, STAG Industrial, Kinsley Properties, Core5 and Burkentine Real Estate Group.
Prior to joining Colliers, Gaeta spent nine years at Cushman & Wakefield serving the Pennsylvania Corridor. She has also gained experience at NAI and Lee & Associates, building a track record of advisory work across leasing, tenant representation and portfolio strategy.
