Colliers Adds Melissa Parrish to Leasing Services Team in MD
Colliers has appointed Melissa Parrish as associate vice president to expand leasing services in the Maryland area working closely with the team of Thomas Gentner, Brian Siegel, Brian Watts and Jason Sullivan.

Region and Head of Agency Leasing U.S. “Her leadership in successfully representing both landlords and tenants makes her a perfect choice to grow our Maryland team.”
Parrish has over a decade of industry experience specializing in lease negotiation in various properties, including industrial and office. She has leased over 1.5 million square feet of space and closed over 500 deals. “Throughout my career, I’ve always focused on creating win-win solutions for clients, and I’m excited to bring that expertise to Colliers and expand our presence in Maryland’s dynamic market,” said Parrish.
