Colliers Adds Matt Nowaczyk as SVP
Colliers has appointed Matt Nowaczyk as senior vice president to reinforce its Hospitality Practice Group in the U.S. Capital Markets. Nowaczyk, with over $5 billion in transaction experience, joins leader Mark Owens, expanding the team’s capabilities in real estate economics and hotel capital markets.
Formerly with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, Nowaczyk executed over 70 transactions, amassing $5.5 billion in debt and equity deals. His architectural and development background enhances Colliers’ practice, known for managing $40 billion in recent lodging transactions.
“Matt’s terrific attitude, extensive experience and national presence is an exciting addition to our team,” said Owens. “Matt will collaborate with the group and myself to further expand our practice, strengthen our execution team and complement our global team of over 150 lodging professionals.”
