Colliers Adds Leasing Team in Oakland

A new team of EVPs Charlie Allen and Anthony Shell, SVP Amber Merrigan and associate VP David Goldberg has joined the Oakland office of Colliers. The four will continue to focus on landlord representation in the East Bay and tenant representation both regionally, nationally and internationally.

The group brings a collective 60 years’ commercial real estate experience across the product types of office, life science, high-tech manufacturing and R&D/flex space. Their services include corporate office space consulting, brokerage services and office workspace and hybrid work strategies.

Before joining Colliers, Allen, Shell, Merrigan and Goldberg led the Oakland office for Avison Young. They have a lengthy track record representing institutional and local ownership groups in the creative marketing and leasing of their properties. They also represent some of the most well-known and respected office users, from Fortune 500 companies to seed stage start-ups.
