Pendergast, who has extensive experience in sales, leasing and valuation of office properties, and Hart, known for his strategic negotiation skills and comprehensive approach to tenant and landlord representation, both bring a client-centric focus that aligns with Colliers’ values. Together, they represent over 4 million square feet of office space transactions.
