Colliers Adds CRE Veteran Mark Hay to NJ Industrial Practice Group as VP 

Colliers has hired Mark Hay as vice president in its Parsippany, New Jersey office. Hay will work alongside Noah Balanoff and Jacquelyn Severino to facilitate transactions of warehouse and distribution facilities.  

Hay brings more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, including property management and brokerage services, and has transacted over $235 million in deal value. Hay’s background includes tenant representation, agency and investment sales services, and construction management. Prior to joining Colliers, he worked at KW Commercial and was a member of NAIOP.  

“Mark has a proven track record of success and we’re thrilled to welcome him to the Colliers team,” said Dennis Waggner, executive managing director at Colliers. “His excellent leadership qualities, tenacity and industry experience will be invaluable to the team as we continue expanding our footprint across New Jersey.”
