Coldwell Banker Secures $3M Sale of Needham Office Building

Coldwell Banker Commercial has completed the disposition of a multistory office building at Highland Avenue in Needham, MA, for $2.67 million. The three-story building totals 6,600 square feet and is situated on a 0.35 acres lot.

Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Todd Glaskin represented the undisclosed seller.

“This freestanding, multistory office building’s highly trafficked location and the area’s surrounding major nationwide retailers and office tenants made this a highly desirable property in a competitive office building market in the Needham area,” said Glaskin.
