Coldwell Banker Commercial Names Managing Director

Coldwell Banker Commercial® (CBC) has named Daniel Spiegel as its managing director. Previously, Spiegel served as an EVP of U.S. operations at Colliers International.

For CBC, Spiegel will oversee the strategy implementation and daily operations of the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand. While with Colliers, he led the integration of acquired businesses and brokerage division initiatives, as the company expanded its footprint in the U.S.

CBC says Spiegel’s combination of business development, operations and recruitment experience uniquely position him to drive strategic growth in his new role. “Dan’s appointment places us in the best position to deliver on our growth strategy and continue working toward serving our affiliated owners and brokers,” said Charlie Young, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate.

Among other initiatives, Spiegel will lead the growing CBC franchise system that has approximately 125 offices across the U.S.
