Coldwell Banker Arranges $4M Sale of Miami Office Building

Coldwell Banker Realty has arranged the $4 million sale of 214-242 NW 42nd Ave., a five-story office building in Miami.

Built in 1989 and renovated in 2006, the property is nearby Route 836 and consists of 28,880 square feet. The property is situated on an 8,500-square-foot lot and features 31 parking spaces.

The buyer, Adonel Concrete, was represented by Ana Teresa Rodriguez and Morten Aagaard of the ATR Group, affiliated sales associates with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Coral Gables office. The concrete company plans to relocate its headquarters from their current Miami location to 214-242 NW 42nd Ave.
