Cold Storage Expert Joins Connect Industrial Midwest Lineup

On a subject that’s suddenly top of mind but little understood by the general public, it pays to call in the experts. That’s what Connect Conferences has done by adding Brian Niven, SVP, cold storage at Bridge Development Partners, to the Connect Industrial Midwest lineup.

Niven will speak as a panelist for the event’s “Baby it’s Cold Inside: Development & Technology Needs of Cold Storage & Other Specialized Uses” discussion. The conference is slated for March 4 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, IL.

At Bridge, Niven currently oversees the development and acquisition of cold storage nationwide, and has sold more than 700,000 square feet in existing cold storage assets. He has also developed and/or acquired more than 600,000 square feet in new cold storage facilities throughout Chicago, Seattle, and Savannah.

Keep checking back, both on our Chicago news page and on the Connect Industrial Midwest landing page, for further updates.
