Cold-Pressed Juice Chain Will Open Second Brooklyn Store

Park Tower Group said Monday that Pure Green, a fast-growing cold pressed juice and smoothie chain, would open its newest location at Greenpoint Landing, a 22-acre development along Brooklyn’s waterfront.
Pure Green will occupy an 840 square-foot storefront at 5 Blue Slip. It will be the brand’s second Brooklyn location, and brings the retail component of Greenpoint Landing’s first phase to 100% occupancy.
This will be the third community-oriented retailer to open at 5 Blue Slip and neighboring 7 Bell Slip in recent months. “As is the case with Eleva, Prestige Organic and Riverside Market, Pure Green will provide residents and local community members with high-quality, healthy and convenient food and beverage options, all of which are more important today than ever before,” said Marian Klein, president of Park Tower Group.

TerraCRG’s Peter Schubert and Bill Strassman represented both Pure Green and Park Tower in the 10-year lease.
