Cold-Plunge Fitness Concept Opening in Chicago

Cushman & Wakefield represented SweatHouz (SWTHZ), an infrared-sauna and cold-plunge wellness brand, in securing Chicago locations in Old Town, the West Loop and Lakeview East.

Cushman & Wakefield Director Anthony Ciaravino represented SWTHZ (SweatHouz) in its leases at 1435 N. Wells St. for SWTHZ Old Town, 917 W. Madison Street for SWTHZ West Loop and 3101 N. Clark Street for SWTHZ Lakeview. The new locations, which range from 2,000 to 2,700 square feet, are the company’s initial Chicago and Illinois locations. SWTHZ is an infrared sauna and cold plunge studio that offers a wellness experience.

“For us at SweatHouz, expanding into Chicago is a thrilling milestone,” said Jamie Weeks, Founder & CEO of SWTHZ. “With plans to open 30 locations in Chicago, starting with our first opening in August of this year, this expansion marks just the beginning of our journey in Illinois.”
