Cohesity Expands and Relocates to Downtown San Jose
Cohesity signed a 40,000-square-foot office lease at Riverpark Tower II, a 16-story, 302,576-square-foot tower in the heart of downtown San Jose. The pioneer hyperconverged secondary storage company is nearly tripling its square footage and is relocating from Santa Clara, where it occupied 14,000 square feet at 471 El Camino Real.
Cohesity is expected to occupy its new space at 300 Park Ave. in the fourth quarter of this year. The custom build-out will feature a modern, open aesthetic and provides numerous collaborative areas and meeting rooms throughout the two floors.
Savills Studley’s Joe Brady and Mike Mordaunt represented the tenant. Newmark Cornish & Carey’s Anne Ralston and Phil Mahoney represented the landlord, Steelwave.
