Cohen Fashion Optical Extends UES Lease
Cohen Fashion Optical, an optical retailer, has extended its store lease at 767 Lexington Ave. in Lenox Hill. The five-year extension secures Cohen’s presence in its 1,000-square-foot retail space, the brand has been a tenant for over 45 years.
Martin McGrath, representing GFP Real Estate, facilitated the transaction, while Susan Goldberg represented Cohen Fashion Optical. Situated in a six-story low-rise building constructed in 1936, the space offers 17,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. Located near E 60th and E 61st Street, the building is adjacent to Bloomingdale’s.
