Cohen Asset Snaps Up 202K SF Logistics Facility

Cohen Asset Management Inc. (CAM) recently acquired a 100 percent leased 202,629-square-foot class-A logistics facility located at 7255 Rosemead Blvd. in Pico Rivera, CA. Year-to-date, CAM has acquired more than 3 million square feet of industrial and logistics properties valued in excess of $400 million and has disposed nearly 2 million square feet valued in excess of $300 million.

“We believe this property is well-positioned to benefit from the continued supply/demand imbalance – both from investors and occupiers – that exists for class-A industrial and logistics properties in prime infill Southern California locations,” says Maxx Cohen, CAM’s director of acquisitions.

CAM has a 30-plus year history of owning and operating industrial and logistics properties within Southern California. CAM continues to aggressively pursue strategic investment opportunities here and in other target markets in the country.
