Cohen Asset Plants Ownership Flag in Pinnacle Industrial Park
Cohen Asset Management acquired two industrial buildings totaling more than 1.3 million square feet in Dallas’ Pinnacle Industrial Park. The Los Angeles buyer struck the sales deal with the seller, Multi-Employer Property Trust in Alexandria, VA, for the one million-square-foot Pinnacle Park I and the 327,600-square-foot Pinnacle Park II. The sales price not disclosed.

Pinnacle Park I, a distribution building at 3700 Pinnacle Point Dr., is situated on 47.5 acres, and has six drive-in doors, cross docks and 32-foot clear height. Pinnacle Park II, at 3801 Pinnacle Point Dr., is a warehouse situated on 13.4 acres. The facility offers 62 exterior docks, three drive-in doors and 30-foot ceiling heights.
Both West Dallas buildings were developed by Hillwood, opened in 2001 and are 100% leased. Tenants include Geodis Logistics Service, Kohls and International Fasteners.
