Coffee Shop to Open First Illinois Location in Schaumburg
Gregorys Coffee is expanding its footprint and plans to open a new shop at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The opening marks the milestone of 50 cafes and the first location in Illinois. Conveniently located in the center of Woodfield Mall, the location offers access to a mix of local and national shops, department stores and restaurants.
The Woodfield Mall shop is part of the company’s extensive national expansion efforts, with 14 new shop openings this year. Conceptualized by Founder Gregory Zamfotis, Gregorys Coffee offers freshly brewed coffee, fresh pastries made in-house daily, and custom latte art for customers.
Owned by Simon Property Group, Woodfield Mall is the largest shopping center in Illinois and features nearly 300 stores and restaurants. The 2.2 million-square-foot retail destination has recently added retailers, including women’s apparel retailer Aritzia and Velocity Esports, an entertainment center with arcade and console games.
