Coffee Shop Opens in Brooklyn

You wouldn’t think Brooklyn needed another coffee shop, but Zagat’s has already named the planned opening of East One Coffee Roasters as one of the “40 Most Anticipated NYC Restaurant Openings of 2017.”

East One has signed a 10-year lease on a 4,700-square-foot storefront at 384 Court Street in Carroll Gardens.

“We originally looked for space in Manhattan, but after further exploration, the owners decided they could flourish in Carroll Gardens, which is a prime Brooklyn residential neighborhood with stately 19th Century brownstones as well as new multifamily residential developments,” said Joe Robinson, senior director for Eastern Consolidated, which represented East One.
