Coffee Chain Adding 20 DFW Locations

Black Sheep Coffee is significantly expanding its footprint in North Texas after signing a 20-store development agreement across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.

The expansion is being led by franchise partner YOLOWAY, which will open the new locations over the next five years. Confirmed markets include Bedford, Plano, Rowlett, and Grapevine, with additional planned sites in Richland Hills, Garland, Mobile City, Sunnyvale, Richardson, and Sachse.

Black Sheep Coffee currently operates five locations in Texas and one in Miami, building on a global portfolio of more than 130 stores across the U.K., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Company leaders say the Dallas–Fort Worth rollout reflects strong performance in existing markets and confidence in the region’s long-term growth potential.

With additional expansion planned through 2026, the DFW agreement represents a major step in scaling the company’s U.S. presence while deepening its investment in Texas’ largest metro area.
