Codina Partners, USAA Real Estate Host Caravan Broker Event in Hialeah

Codina Partners and USAA Real Estate recently joined together to host a caravan broker event at Beacon Logistics Park, a Class A industrial park in Hialeah.

More than 50 brokers attended the event, which took place June 16 and provided a drive through experience through the industrial park. The event began with brokers being welcomed to the property with personal protective equipment giveaways (two KN95 masks and a 16 ounce bottle of hand sanitizers) followed by a stop where they received a to-go brunch from Bachour Restaurant and Bakery in Coral Gables. The brokers then made their way to the 147,768-square-foot Building F, to hear more about the property from Ana-Marie Codina Barlick, CEO at Codina Partners.

Once completed, Beacon Logistics Park, which is located at NW 145th Pl. and NW 107th Ave., will span more than 1.3 million square feet of space. The master-planned industrial development is being managed by Codina Partners. Recently, Codina and USAA announced the leasing of 70,000 square feet in Building E to Cargill, the largest privately-held corporation in the United States by revenue.
