Coca-Cola to Build $650 Million Fairlife Production Facility in Monroe, NY 

The Coca-Cola Company has chosen New York State, specifically the Town of Webster in Monroe County, as the preferred location for a new fairlife production facility.  

The facility, covering 745,000 square feet, is expected to create up to 250 new jobs. Construction is anticipated to begin in the fall, with the facility projected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2025. The total investment for the project is estimated at $650 million.  

“This decision by fairlife to expand their operations in Monroe County marks the next chapter in New York’s agricultural success story,” said Governor Kathy Hochul.  

fairlife, a company founded in 2012, specializes in ultra-filtered milk products with reduced lactose and sugar content. The Coca-Cola Company has been a strategic partner of fairlife since its inception and acquired the company in 2020.
