Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages Shopping Portfolio Around
Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (CCSWB), a company of Mexican company Arca Continental, is putting six of its seven greater Houston area properties up for sale. The company selected CBRE to handle the marketing efforts.
CBRE’s Brendan Lynch and Darin Gosda are marketing CSWB’s property at 2800 Bissonnet; Lynch and Gosda, along with CBRE’s Glynn Mireles, are also marketing the following industrial properties, which total 395,600 square feet:
- 3706 N. Frazier Street, Conroe
- 5800 Surrey Square, Houston
- 5221 Market Street, Channelview
- 1722 Brittmoore Road, Houston
- 2819 Berkley, Houston
In May, CCSWB announced plans to consolidate operations and develop a manufacturing and distribution facility in Pinto Business Park in North Houston. The company has occupied the 15.5-acre, 343,118-square-foot Bissonnet location since 1950.
