Coalition Space Teams with Resnick at 485 Madison Ave.

Coalition Space and Jack Resnick & Sons launched Coalition Space Grand Central at 485 Madison Ave., Resnick’s Midtown Manhattan office tower. It features 15,736 square feet of flexible workspaces, private offices, enterprise solutions and virtual offices located across the entire seventh floor. The new location, which will begin operations on April 7, promises to be an essential part of Coalition Space’s expansion plans and further strengthens its presence in New York City.

Bert Rosenblatt and Alex Gerome of Cresa represented Coalition Space, while Resnick’s Adam Rappaport and Brett Greenberg represented ownership in-house on the 10-year lease.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism.
