Co-Working Provider Inks Full-Floor Renewal at 1345 Ave. of the Americas

Virgo Business Centers, a provider of co-working space and meeting rooms, has inked a lease renewal for 40,779 square feet at 1345 Ave. of the Americas for a term of 11 years. Virgo will continue to occupy the entire second floor of the 50-story office tower owned by Fisher Brothers.

The CBRE team of Peter Turchin, Howard Fiddle, Bill Iacovelli, Ben Joseph and Gregg Rothkin spearheaded the leasing campaign at the property on behalf of Fisher Brothers, which was represented in-house by David Cheikin, Marc S. Packman, Clark Briffel, and Josh Fisher. CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma acted on behalf of Virgo.

“Demand for flexibility is growing in the current office leasing environment, and flex space continues to play an important role in occupier strategy,” said Dattoma.
