Co-Working Firm Renews Lease at Orange County Tower

Coast Huntington signed a 17,578-square-foot lease renewal at 7755 Center Ave. in Huntington Beach, CA. The co-working operator will continue to occupy the space for its full-service office suites.

The roughly 200,000-square-foot building is part of One Pacific Plaza, a 400,598-square-foot office complex held by Pendulum Property Partners. The property includes three Class A office assets, one 12-story tower and two six-story buildings, that are located near the Bella Terrace retail center.

JLL’s David Cantwell represented the tenant in the lease. The landlord, OnePacific Plaza LLC, was represented by CBRE’s Jennifer Whittington.

Coast Huntington’s Scott Matthews says, “We consider this location vital to satisfying the needs of our clients. With the help of JLL, we were able to secure a lease renewal at favorable terms. Co-working continues to play an important role in the evolutionary growth of companies.”
