Co-Developers Make Plans for 168K-SF Bouldin Creek

Manifold Real Estate and Oakpoint Real Estate are ready to move forward on Bouldin Creek, a 167,500-square-foot office and retail project on South Lamar Boulevard and Oltorf Street, south of downtown Austin. Construction will begin on the project in March 2019, with  completion anticipated for summer 2020.

Architect Michael Hsu designed the 4.5-acre development, which will have 165,000 square feet of office space, 2,500 square feet of retail space, a rooftop deck and two acres of green space by Bouldin Creek. The parcel formerly contained a building occupied by Mod Fitness, which is moving to another South Lamar location. Also on the acreage were three houses, which have been removed, and a restaurant that was home to Lucy’s on the Fly. The restaurant space is remaining, with developers interested in bringing in a new eatery.
