CMK Reveals Plans for 886-Unit Denver Apartment Complex
CMK has spent more than $15 million buying up land along Stout Street between 22nd Street and Park Avenue West. Now, it’s filed its site development plans with the City of Denver for their ambitious rental community. The site, just over an acre, will rise 25 stories on an entire city block in Denver’s Stadium District. Demolition of the current structures began last month.
The Denver Business Journal reports the project will have three towers rising for a shared-two story podium that would make up almost a million square feet of living space.
Plans show that the buildings will have a total of 886 dwelling units. The new building would have 558 parking spaces, with four levels of underground parking and one level above the ground-floor lobby and retail spaces.
The building has ample amenities on the third level, including a pool and pool deck between the first and second towers, and an amenity deck between the second and third towers.
