CMC North America Signs Headquarters Lease in Methuen

Hunneman EVP Ken Oppenheim brokered a 70,872 square-foot, multi-year lease at 200 Danton Dr. in Methuen, MA on behalf of CMC North America, a leading provider of sales, distribution and services for aerial work platforms and related products throughout North America. The full-building space will serve as CMC North America’s new headquarters, consolidating two industrial and office locations.

“This move is a key next step in supporting the company’s growth, and we are excited to bring together our locations in Wilmington and Devens into this larger property,” said Jeff Poggi, CEO of CMC North America. “We now have the space to expand inventory, improve service to customers and grow sales.”

Owned by Starwood Capital Group, 200 Danton Dr. contains 49,378 square feet of warehouse space and 20,663 square feet of office. The building sits on approximately 11.9 acres of land, offering opportunity for expansion.
