Clyde’s Restaurant Group Coming to Baltimore Peninsula

The Baltimore Peninsula development team, headed by MAG Partners in collaboration with MacFarlane Partners and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, announced that Clyde’s Restaurant Group (CRG), a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company based in Washington DC, has inked a long-term lease for Rye Street Tavern at Baltimore Peninsula.

Baltimore Peninsula is a 12,000-square-foot, two-story restaurant building with an outdoor dining area at the 235-acre mixed-use waterfront community. Clyde’s Restaurant Group has 12 other properties in Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. The redesigned space will include bars, dining, and private event spaces.

“Baltimore Peninsula’s transformation into a vibrant community is another example of Baltimore’s renaissance,” said Mayor Brandon M. Scott. “I am excited about the partnership with Clyde’s to bring its first location to our city and the shared vision for building diverse and thriving communities.”
