Clune Construction Relocates HQ to 655 Third

The Durst Organization announced that Clune Construction is relocating its NYC headquarters to 655 Third Avenue near Grand Central, leasing the entire 10th floor. This move, alongside Empire State Development’s lease, has increased the building’s occupancy from 52% to 85%.

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron, and Bailey Caliban. Clune was represented by John Mambrino and Nicholas Farmakis at Savills. “Well-maintained office buildings with excellent access to public transit continue to attract top-tier tenants,” said Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization.

The building’s LEED Gold certification underscores its sustainable features, including green roofs and double-glazed windows. The Durst Organization’s portfolio along Third Avenue has leased out 60,000 square feet in February.
