Club Studio to Co-Anchor $450M Mixed-Use Development in Maryland

Greenberg Gibbons announced that Club Studio, a fitness and wellness brand, will open its second Maryland location at Frederick Brickworks, a $450 million, 65-acre mixed-use destination in Frederick. The club will occupy a 30,000-square-foot space.

“We’re excited to bring Club Studio’s fresh, innovative approach to fitness and wellness to Frederick,” said Eric Walter, president of Greenberg Gibbons. “Its unique experience will complement the mix of retailers and restaurants at Frederick Brickworks and add to the vibrant destination we are creating.”

Club Studio will join a 35,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market as a co-anchor of Frederick Brickworks. The development will also feature a mix of retailers and restaurants, including honeygrow, First Watch, Shake Shack, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Inspire Nail Bar. The first phase of development will also include 332 apartments and 320 for-sale townhomes built by Wormald and NVR, Inc. and is expected to be completed in 2028.
