Club Pilates Inks New Midtown East Location  

Jack Resnick & Sons has secured a 10-year, 3,500-square-foot lease with Club Pilates, which has opened on the ground floor of The Delegate, a condominium tower located at Second Avenue and 45th Street in Midtown East. 

Club Pilates, an affiliate of Midtown East Fitness and a subsidiary of Xponential Fitness, is the largest global franchise group of boutique fitness brands, operating over 800 studios across four continents. 

Jack Resnick & Sons was represented in-house by Fran Delgorio and Brett Greenberg, along with Ariel Schuster, Ross Berkowitz, Andrew Stern and Jake Siegel of Newmark. Club Pilates was represented by RIPCO’s Emily Kripitz and Beth Rosen.
