CLSA has signed a 10-year lease for 16,563 square feet on the 17th floor of the Durst Organization’s 1155 Ave. of the Americas. CLSA is moving from offices 10 blocks north at 1301 Ave. of the Americas.

“We are pleased to begin 2022 by welcoming CLSA to 1155 Ave. of the Americas and the Durst commercial portfolio,” said Jonathan (Jody) Durst, president of The Durst Organization. “1155’s boutique floor-plates, expansive views across Bryant Park, state of the art sustainable features and Sixth Avenue location make it the perfect location financial service leaders such as CLSA.”
CLSA was represented by EVP Clyde Reetz of CBRE. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by EVP Tom Bow, senior managing director Rocco Romeo and associate director Tanya Grimaldo.
