Cloud Platform Couchbase Joins Tenant Roster at One Santana West

Federal Realty Investment Trust signed Couchbase to a lease for 23,680 square feet at the new One Santana West office building at Santana Row in San Jose. Couchbase, whose cloud database platform is used by more than 30% of the Fortune 100 to power modern applications, anticipates move-in during the first quarter of 2025.

Couchbase joins PWC and Acrisure as major tenants making a commitment to One Santana West, located at the corner of Winchester Boulevard and Olin Avenue, off of Interstate 280. The new tenant’s space on the first floor of One Santana West is adjacent to a fitness center, a golf simulator and a café.

“We look forward to being a part of Santana Row’s walkable, neighborhood-like community, in a modern office space providing employees an efficient and attractive place to work,” said Fidelma Butler, chief people officer, Couchbase. “This world-class location meets the inflection point we are on as a company, and we’re excited to continue on our growth trajectory in our new headquarters.”

Newmark is the leasing agent for the project. One Santana West is designed by Studios Architecture and built by general contractor Devcon Construction.
