Cloud Call Software Center to Coming to Cedar Park

Cedar Park City Council members unanimously approved the acquisition of 3.5 acres in the Cedar Park Town Center at SH 183A and Farm-to-Market 1431, approximately 20 miles northwest of Austin. Also approved was a lease of the property by Serenova, formerly LiveOps, which offers cloud call center software.
The cost to purchase the land is estimated at $1.3 million. Serenova, which is currently at 7300 Rural Road 2222 in northwest Austin, is planning to build a two-story, 30,000-square-foot office building at a cost of approximately $4 million. The move will create more than 150 jobs in the region.
Construction is anticipated to start no later than June 30, 2017.
