Closings Begin at One United Nations Park Condos

The Soloviev Group, the recently formed holding company with several business interests operated by Stefan Soloviev, has launched closings at One United Nations Park, its luxury residential tower in Midtown East located at 695 First Ave. Year to date, it has secured more than $60 million in signed contracts, reportedly ranking it among the year’s top-selling residential towers.

Rising 43 stories above the East River and designed by Richard Meier & Partners Architects, One United Nations Park offers 148 condominium residences with views of the East River and Manhattan skyline. These include duplexes with outdoor terraces on the property’s 28th and 29th floors, with select units featuring double-height great room spaces and internal private elevators.

Current availability at One United Nations Park includes a range of one- to four-bedroom residences, with prices starting at $1,315,000. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the building.
