SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the $1-million sale of a 14,151-square-foot mixed-use building at 26 Otis Street in Mansfield, MA to Closet and Storage Concepts.

An SVN team of Marilyn Santiago and Garrett Quinn represented the buyer while Bill Kingdon of Ellis Realty Advisors represented the seller, IGW Realty Trust.

The property was built in 1900 and has been a well known country store and emporium and a furniture warehouse. Closet and Storage Concepts, plans to honor the history of the building by reserving approximately 3,300 square feet to open a smaller version of the old country store called 1829 Country Store.

“26 Otis Street was a unique transaction consisting of a landmark building in Mansfield, MA. The building’s large footprint and warehouse offered a myriad of opportunities but most importantly a warehouse in a currently constrained market,” said Santiago.
