Clocktower’s Bank Hall in Tribeca Sold for $18M 

ELAD Group has sold the bank hall in Tribeca’s Clock Tower Building at 46 Lafayette Street to Jack Shainman Gallery for $18.2 million. 

Peter Braus, Brad Schwarz, and Cory Gahr from Lee & Associates NYC represented the seller. Anne-Brigitte Sirois from ART STATE LLC represented the buyer. “The Jack Shainman Gallery brings new life to this historic 20,000 sf, space and it is certainly the most significant gallery to come to Tribeca,” said Braus. 

The gallery plans to reopen in the fall of 2024 after renovations with an exhibition featuring the works of Nick Cave.
