Clise Properties Attains 100% Interest in Seattle Office Tower

Real estate developer Clise Properties has acquired 100% interest in 1700 7th Avenue in downtown Seattle, a 24-story office tower that the firm originally developed in 2001. The company has bought out its minority partner and now has full interest. Newmark will serve as the exclusive leasing agent.

“We would like to congratulate the Clise Properties team on attaining 100% interest in this best-in-class office building,” said Newmark’s Tim O’Keefe. “With a planned upgrade to the amenity set and a fresh, creative leasing strategy, we look forward to working with ownership to bring the building to full occupancy.”

The 550,000-square-foot building features prominent street-level retail along with a private tenant rooftop deck, floor-to-ceiling windows and underground parking. Additionally, the property’s location gives tenants access to an abundance of restaurants, bars and retail as well as several hotels, government buildings and light rail.
