Clise Properties Announces Three New Office Tower Leases

Three Seattle-based office tenants have relocated to Clise Properties’ 24-story, Class A tower and high-rise office building at 1700 Seventh Avenue in Seattle’s central business district.

Clise Properties, a family-run commercial real estate company in the Pacific Northwest, secured long-term, turnkey deals with DCI Engineers, an engineering firm, which will occupy the entire 17th floor as part of a 22,000-square-foot lease deal.

Additionally, Hagen Kurth Perman & Co., a CPA firm serving the Puget Sound market, has leased 6,000 square feet, and West Coast Commercial Realty, a real estate consulting, brokerage, and transaction firm, has taken 3,500 square feet.

All the leases were negotiated on behalf of Clise Properties by Jesse Ottele and Cavan O’Keefe at Newmark. DCI Engineers was represented by Dan Flinn and Jack Story at Flinn Ferguson Cresa, while JLL’s Doug Hanafin served as tenant representation for Hagen Kurth Perman & Co. West Coast Commercial Realty was represented by Newmark’s Charlie Farra.

The new tenants were drawn to the building’s central location, amenities program, and views of the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Ranges, Elliott Bay, Lake Union, and downtown Seattle.
