Clise Properties Announces Lori Hill as Chief Executive Officer
Clise Properties, a commercial real estate company headquartered in Seattle, announced that Lori Hill has been named its next Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026.
Hill is succeeding Dave Cuthill who is retiring after more than eight years with Clise Properties, serving initially as President and COO and the last two years as CEO. Before joining Clise, Hill was a Senior Vice President at Unico Properties. Previously, she was with the Seattle office of JLL following the acquisition of Pacific Real Estate Partners, where she served for many years as Principal. Lori started her commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield.
“Lori has demonstrated that she is the best person to lead Clise Properties into the future,” said A.M. Clise, Executive Chairman and fourth-generation leader. “I am confident she will grow our already robust portfolio, and there is no question she is prepared to take the helm as we begin a new chapter of our story.”
