Clinton Names Property Management Veteran as President

Ryan O’Connor has joined Clinton Management, the property management arm of The Douglaston Companies, as president. He’s now responsible for the overall management and operations of the company, while also ensuring resident satisfaction.

Over the course of his career, O’Connor (pictured) has held a number of roles in property management. He last served as a SVP of residential brokerage at Douglas Elliman, where he managed the rental division, growing the number of rental units in Elliman’s purview from approximately 1,500 to more than 6,000 over a five-year period.

“Ryan O’Connor is a proven leader with distinguished experience, and we are proud to have him as part of the Douglaston team,” said Douglaston chairman Jeffrey Levine. “His wide array of experience, knowledge and leadership within the property management sector will only further help us to bolster our position as a leading firm in New York City and throughout the country.”
