Clinical-Stage Biopharma Firm Signs HQ Lease with Alloy Properties

TPG Real Estate’s Alloy Properties said that Elements by Alloy Properties, its award-winning life science campus located at 10201-10241 Wateridge Cir. in the Sorrento Mesa submarket of San Diego, was selected as the new headquarters of Biotheryx, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company.  Alloy manages Elements in partnership with West | Tech Properties.

“We are thrilled to welcome Biotheryx to Elements,” said Alicia Hinds, COO of Alloy Properties. “The Alloy team is delighted that they have trusted us to accommodate their promising research programs.”

JLL’s team of Tony Russell, Chad Urie and Tim Olson represented Alloy.  Biotheryx was represented by Andrew Sexton of Re:Align Tenant Strategies. The 290,000-square-foot Elements by Alloy property was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as Best Redevelopment.

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter.
